How would you describe what you did at
Providence Hospital?
I was responsible for registration in the Urgent Care, patient triage, and patient flow. I created the charts, documented insurance information, answered the phones, reassured patients, assisted family members, assisted in emergencies. I also worked with the hospital in community work, taught babysitting course, work at community events, represented the hospital when necessary in the community.
