- Final back-office processing of global international payroll for 8,800 employees based in 98 countries.
- Governance role on International Staff Policies, Processes and its compliance.
- Impart training to Personnel community on compensation rules, policies & system changes.
- Help desk for queries/advice to the country Personnel & Employees.
- Coordination between HQ & Personnel on International Staff Policies & its implementation.
- Prepare and process monthly, quarterly and annual deferred benefits and third party transactions reports for required funding and/or Benefits Administration.
- Process relocation payments from the J P Morgan Chase system.
- Guardian of International Payroll System
