How would you describe what you did at ross cast metals?

i started out as a low level grinder,then moved up to the core dept. then moved up the ladder to a high level 26x20 mold machine operator. then was ask to be dept. supervisor. the plant closed doors in june 2000 i was still there as a supervisor.
