Entered quality and test data into network system database using Microsoft Access. From this data, I created spreadsheets, charts, graphs, and reports using Oracle, Harvard Graphics, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Access software systems. Wrote, sent, and received e-mails in order to correspond with fellow employees and members of management. Trained others to perform this job.
