Reuben's Answer

Assist formerly-homeless, formerly imprisoned, mentally-ill, and drug-addicted teens and adults to rebuild their lives. Responsibilities include relaying communication between residents, case managers, and other employees, dealing with crisis situations, building security, and assisting residents with obtaining employment, health care, and housing. Work at two different locations; the YMCA Main Branch, housing around four-hundred men, and Sunshine Terrace (a partnership between the YMCA of Central Ohio and the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority), a low income apartment building which houses around two-hundred men and women.
