Worked as a temp at Physician's Health Services performing data entry of daily communications with hospitals and nursing homes in regard to resident or patients ability to continue to stay there depending on number of days stayed set forth by the insurance company. Also set up appointments for durable medical equipment to be sent to resident's homes that were being discharged. Information was received telephonically and entered into the computer. Information was then given to the medical director via meetings with each data entry technician according to the area the technician was assigned to.
