What's the secret to getting hired at state farm insurance?

Excellent communication skills are a must with State Farm Insurance. It is also important to be organized and able to mulit-task. I have my property/casualty and life/health insurance licenses for the state of Indiana. Being licensed is necessary to work in the insurance industry.
