IDS USAF C-17 Globemaster III Fuel and Environmental Systems (Engineer Scientist - Level 1)
Primary responsibilities on the C-17 are the Fuel Quantity Gauging System and Fuel System Components. Tasks include supplier and Air Force customer interface, component & system specifications, proposal development & negotiations, On-Aircraft Test Procedures (OATP), ground test procedure, Technical Order job tasks and fault isolations, manufacturing/ramp problem resolution, lab test reports, field support problem resolution, and maintain or improve reliability of fuel quantity components.
