How would you describe what you did at US Air Force?

* Lead 96 military personnel and 14 civilians assigned to 16 duty sections.
* Responsible for the operation, accountability, and maintenance of $19.5 million vehicle fleet, while overseeing a $2.1 million budget.
* Ensured 145 vehicles and 99 tons of cargo were prepared and processed during week long inspection - resulted in "Excellent" and "Best Wing in 2 ?? years" ratings.
* Lead Reorganization Ceremony - organized and managed more than 4,000 personnel.
* Managed the ordering and accountability of $24 million in supplies and equipment.
* Planned and coordinated over 900 training validations for 300+ members.
* Implemented new training program - reduced training time by 30% and increased scores 6%.
* Responsible for training, maintenance, health, welfare, and discipline of 72 personnel and $50 million worth of fuel in support of 56 aircraft.
