How would you describe what you did at Old Navy?

I served as a department specialist/leader in the Men's, Women's, Kid's and Cashwrap areas. I arragned floor and visual displays weekly to appeal to customer interests. I frequently trained new and exisiting employees in various areas. I provided customer service over the phone and in person daily.
