What's the secret to getting hired at
Citigroup?
Having a positive attitude and getting in with the technical recruiters and temporary/contracting firms. Citigroup rarely if ever hires directly from the streets without the person first being a contractor for a length of time. Second is patience. When the job openings do get posted, put your name in quickly, but the postings are few and far between and normally come following a long hiring freeze.
