Keeping everyone happy had to be the most challenging aspect of this job. From the management that had ever changing priorities foisted upon them, and therefore us, to the customers who wanted an ever increasing amount of leniency in our reviews to the auditors who wanted each aspect of a file reviewed with a fine tooth comb. Keeping all of these aspects in fine tune balance as to not alienate any of our coworkers in addition to running the team was a daily juggling act that I thrived on.
