How would you describe what you did at
T-Mobile?
I am responsible for managing a staff consisting of 6 sales represetatives. I provide daily coachings and observations for my team to ensure that we are driving the business and maximizing on the customer base that we already have. I have to handle customer excalations and any employee issues that might arise while keeping a fun environment for the team. Keeping the team motivated is my key role as a manager.
