The three best things about working at Ernst & Young were #1...the people. The people I worked with were very professional and yet very human. They not only did a job but believed that the environment should be as stress free as possible. The people I worked with became more than my peers; they became mentors and friends. I suppose that #2 best thing about working at Ernst & Young would be the pay and benefit package because both were generous and much needed. The #3 "best thing" about working at Ernst & Young, would have to be the feeling of pride that came with being a part of a group that had high demands and expectations and encouraged everyone to do their best.
