What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at Ricoh Professional Services?

Creating new intiatives to bring more business to our business unit. Are production numbers were declining and I needed to figure out how to turn that around. I started by contacting some of my customers to get a better unstanding of what we can do to further provide customer service. Once I contacted the majority of my clients, I made a list of the suggestions and prioritized them to which ones were similar and that can be attained in the short term. We started implementing new measures based on our clients suggestions and we were able to gte more business back to our office.
