What's the secret to getting hired at COLORADO TECH UNIVERSITY ONLINE?

If I were to seek an Instructors' position at CTU, communication with students on a prompt basis with quality information is vital. Presentation skills via PowerPoint and internet live broadcasting skills are a must.
