I had to show good work ethics and responsibility. This company wanted individuals who were willing to go the extra yard to do what was needed to satisfy customer expectations. I had an excellent attendence record, and work history, never having been diciplined for any wrong doing. I had to go through testing that measured motor skills, math skills and drug use, and I passed them all.
