You should be personal, and real. You should already know how to be genuine in all interactions with customers. Have directive sales skills, and be the expert to your customer. You should demonstrate ownership, accountability and initiative. You should be able to maintain a balance between service to customers and daily tasks needed to complete your job in a given day. I can, and do all of the above.
