It's a pretty flat organization, with consultants as king/queen, much like a law office or any other consulting firm. If you can live with the fact that everything you do in support of them brings success to the client organization and your own organization, and you're not going to have many opportunities to advance, PDI is for you! They are extremely flexible with schedules and the continuous learning available is worth hanging around for!
