I found belaying the fears of customers with little or no computer knowledge. More often then not those customers were more worried about minor inconvinces that the press all to often would sensationalize as filler on the nightly news. My best example of this was the local news in Knoxville reporting on the old school (and I mean old school as in late 1980's) Phone freaking hack of back tracing a modem phone line. This report aired in 2007 and honestly was out of date in 1997. we had severals novice customers who ask about there safety from this.
