What's your ideal work environment?
Fun, relaxed atmosphere. Open work area (tables or desks in an open area, not cubes or offices) with lots of windows. Cooler temperature (70 not 72 degrees.) At least two computer monitors. PhotoShop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver (or Komodo Edit, or Notepad ++), Visual Studio, MS SQL Server, MySQL, all installed and running smoothly. iPod on shuffle. Free coffee and doughnuts.
