Encore Credit?
At Encore I dealt on a business to business level, representing a subprime wholesale lender to mortgage brokers in southern Michigan and NW Ohio. When I came to Encore they had very little existing business in the area. I helped to build it into a highly productive territory. My day to day activities consisted of visiting new and existing brokers in the field. I would educate them on my programs and make sure to keep them informed of anything new or different. I would examine prospective deals out in the field or in my home office to see if they would qualify and help to facilitate them throughout the process by communicating with the broker, their support staff, my processor, underwriter, operations manager, appraisal review, and closing department.
