I was recruited!!!! You need to know how to have fun! Your working with shoes, thats not hard. Being customer driven is key to any retailer, but DSW has the idea...........engage in you people as well as your customer. Take time to get to know who and what your working with. Have the right people in place. Anyone can perform customer sevice, but can they really engage/know your clients.
