There is no secret. Just like most jobs you apply when there are openings. However, you do have to test for the positions. As for the position I am doing at this time, I started out with in office training and then had to take a test that would qualify me for the position. You must find an opening in this area within 2 years of the testing or you will have to retest. I have been looking for openings in this area and so far am only in the temporary position. Once you apply for a position and if pass the interview, they will then send you to training for 4 months. After passing this training you will be a certified supervisor.
