What was the last really difficult interview question you were asked? How did you respond?
How do you handle a violent situation whether it be a client or co-worker? I suggested that first we calm down and take a break. Next all involved should write down the problems or issues. Than ask ourselves is there any compromise that we would be willing to work at. Write down these also as a foundation to be discussed. Than coming together to discuss these in a calm, understanding and professional manner. With a client I always put myself in their situation as they have face opposition most of their lives. With co-workers if they cannot agree than it is time to bring in a supervisor or non-partial worker to help in ironing out the conflict.
