How would you describe what you did at
American Express?
I worked in the team based, customer service department as a representative, mentor, OJT trainer and supervisor. As a supervisor, I developed a reputation as someone who has exceptional situational leadership. The most rewarding roles were the human resource aspects as the supervisors had a lot of empowerment. I also did end user acceptance testing and quality assurance on multi department projects.
