What are the most challenging aspects of your job at Quest Software?

In addition to leading a global Quality Assurance group there were many opportunities to assist development with customer reported product deficiencies as well as to provide input on how to improve the products to increase customer satisfaction. This presented a time management challenge but I was up to the task.
