How would you describe what you did at WAL*MART?

I engaged my customers with required continuous improvement resulting in the development of Human Resources processes and programs linked to building WALMART's image and brand at post-secondary schools, recruitment strategy with a focus on fit with WALMART's three basic beliefs, training, career development and succession planning. Having the ability to make a difference to the working lives of more than 45,000 associates, especially those serving on the front line who have the greatest impact on the customer (the boss), was the best reward I could achieve.
