What are the most challenging aspects of your job at
Starbucks Coffee Company?
Because of my store's location, I frequently have to help customers who don't speak or understand much English, which is the only language I know. It's important to me to deliver the same quality of service to these customers as to others, but I sometimes feel overwhelmed when I can't comprehend a customer's request. In general, I've been able to successfully communicate with my customers, but sometimes the process involves a lot of rather frustrating trial-and-error!
