"Tristan is a fast learner that grasps highly technical concepts and adapts his search methodologies to source the best possible candidates. His ability to interpret a hiring manager's job description and translate that to a search is excellent. Tristan completes tasks efficiently and manages his time well. I would highly recommend Tristan as a Talent Scout/Sourcer."
