How would you describe what you did at
Comcast?
I assisted customers were wanting to transfer their existing services to a new address. If needed explain their bill or help the customer to understand any discrepancies they felt we noted. My main job was if the customer called to cancel all services or one main line of business (I.e. phone, cable, internet) I would try and retain them by helping them to understand the value of Comcast and/or offering a promotion. Also offering to add a line of business or additional services, upgrade them so to speak.
