What's your ideal role within an organization?
On the University level, my ideal role would be to motivate students to achieve high academic status while maintaining top-notch challenges in the highest pursuit of mastering the subject matter.
On the high school level, my ideal role would be to implement proven strategies that would facilitate parental participation in improving attendance and contiunal elevation of academic performance in all subject areas.
