What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at Charlotte Endontics, Dr, Evan Miller?

Making a decsion on a non-speaking English patient that I realized that was going into shock and I put him on oygen and called 911 and kept him calm knowning I My doctor and I did not know how to speak spanish. He was a very sick man.
