What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at
A Gypsy's Gift?
Determining what merchandise will sell in this slow economy. I started selling gift baskets exclusively, but found the consumers in my geographical area are more likely to buy items priced under $20. As a result, I designed a less expensive gift which is a new take on the "surprise grab bag" concept, It consists of a gift bag that is handcrafted by me to reflect a particular theme. The design on the front of the bag indicates what theme of the contents inside will be. I handpick the contents (no junky stuff) I make the bags for both genders, all ages, and for pets as well. This concept has been more profitable for me.
