What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at
Sporty Cuts Hair Salon?
It was a day when a stylist called in sick and had a full schedule, we needed to either work in or reschedule.
We all were busy with our own clients and some of the (sick stylist's) clients needed to get in.
I felt if I explained the situation to our own clients and the ones who needed to get done that day we could work out a happy ending.
Of course it was busy, busy...and with honesty and staying calm we were able to get everyone done.
