What's the toughest problem you've had to solve at
Wachovia Bank?
Working with a division of financial specialists that were in a very challenging market to meet their loan/deposit goals. This particular market was inundated with banks and had long term residents who were very content with the banking relationships they had forged over many years. To call on these types of customers was difficult as they were reluctant to speak with on "outside" bank. I coached and trained on how to approach this type of client and win them over. While this market still had challenges we did manage to meet our goals and grow deposits in this area.
