What's the secret to getting hired at United States Marine Corps?

Have the desire to do something with your life that very few people get the opportunity to do, being a "Marine". The Marine Corps was the best personal choice I've made and enjoyed every minute being a Marine for the last 22 years. I've had various opportunites to travel to places such as Korea, Australlia, Okinawa, Japan and Thailand that allowed me to experience different cultures. I had the opportunity over the last 22 year to continually be recognized for my performance via promotions from the rank of E-1 thru E-8. I was able to further my education by attending a few college classes at no cost. I've experience many unique and challenging situations allowing personal growth. I supervised an office of 27 Marines including 5 civilians, and was able to train, counsel and mentor my junior staff resulting in job proficiency. Every three to four years I was able to move on to another assignment doing a job that I may not have every did but learned to be the duty expert at each and every task assigned. My skills of being able to multi-task in a high work tempo have been mastered. Having good test scores and the desire to excel no matter what the task and doing the right thing all of the time can get you into the Marine Corps.
