What's the secret to getting hired at University of Kentucky?

A willingness to learn has always helped me enjoy new experiences and strengthen skills. I am a go-getter and the university staff knew about my reputation which helped me land one of these coveted positions. The voice on the phone often represents the company and I had to pass a test in fielding questions as well as an exam measuring accuracy and spelling.
