What's the secret to getting hired at Comcast?

Having prior experience displaying abilities to work independently as well as on a team. Good Project Management skills and the ability to "put out fires" before a problem needs to be escalated. Employee referrals are the number one source of our hires so networking with or knowing current Comcast employees can also be beneficial.
