As a Senior Recruitment Partner my responsibilites were focused on recruiting and staffing talent for the National Engineering & Technical Operations division, hiring talent to Plan, Engineer, Sustain and Operate for its High Speed Data, Digital Voice and Cable Products. Partnered with the Operations Team, the Project Management Team, the Implementation and Deployment Team and the Office of the Chief Technology's Team. Provided partnership with each business unit to develop effective staffing plans, manage and maintain reporting and metrics for all areas of recruiting to include EEO, FCC and OFFCP reporting and compliance. Managed the interview coordination, the job offer negotiation, relocation and eventually on-boarding.
