What's the secret to getting hired at Fuller Expressions Photography?

I also sell on ebay creating and selling digital backrops for photographers. Mr. Fuller was a customer of mine first, through talking and email and phone - he told me of the work he needed help with. Designing Flushmount wedding albums and retouch work of images. He has currently passed away and now I am back to square one looking for someone to work with.
