I began my career in the Professional Staffing industry in 1985, transitioning to Contract Engineering and Technical Staffing in 1989. Over the years I have become well acquainted with the unique engineering, IT, technical and scientific talent acquisition needs of the corporations that comprise the heart and soul of the Southern California's Biotech, Capital Equipment, Consumer Products, Information Technology, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical and Semiconductor industries. In 2007 I launched a women and minority owned business, Elite Technical Group, Inc., .
