How would you describe what you did at Verizon Wireless?

Customer Service Support including sales, billing, technical support, account research, escalations, generate positive customer experiences.
* In-store Sales-- upgrades, renewals, activations.
* Outbound Sales Calls
* Timely and accurate completion of store merchandising tasks, equipment pricing & sales floor stock.
* Cash management including daily deposits, transfers to armored couriers, register preparation, cash reconciliation.
* Inventory management: keep inventory room organized, receive shipments, prepare ship-outs.
* Store Operations Support including becoming subject matter expert for paperwork organization, train employees on POS processes, methods & procedures, troubleshooting cash management system issues/errors.
* #1 in Data Sales for non-commissioned reps in my district for Oct. 2008.
* Established example-setter for professional conduct, customer experience, and sales metrics.
* Manager on Duty when designated management was absent.
