What are the most challenging aspects of your job at
Best Buy?
The most challenging aspect of my job is trying to balance my performance (extended warrenties, Reward Zone, BBY Credit Cards and Mastercards) with trying to make the customer happy. Sometimes it has been necessary for me to not offer all of these services to insure that the customer is happy and will come back to shop with us again. This is a necessary challenge because if the customer signs up for a service but are still unhappy with their experience at the store, they are not going to be a repeat customer.
