What advice would you give to a new employee at
WAL*MART?
My advice to someone new would be. Ask for help if you need it, you'll find that your co-workers will help. Also if you come to work everyday remembering that the customers is there for a reason and your job is to make sure that customer leaves and tells everyone they know the REASON why they also should shop there. Then one other thing I would say to that new employee is, "Treat those the way you would want to be treated"
