How would you describe what you did at Convergys?

It's an inbound call center for Direct Tv, I assisted customers with everything from activations to techincal troubleshooting, ordering equipment for new orders as well as replacement for malfuctioning equipment, set service calls, and install orders, spoke with contrators and installers on the customers behalf, assisted with program orders and pay per veiws, assisted customers with install of additional electronics connections through Direct Tv equipment, billing questions and/or problems, as well as took payments over the phone.
