AT&T?
High School diploma is a start, college degree is essential and area of degree is not as important. Have worked with individuals with engineering degrees, french degrees and biology degrees. Education is key. Flexiblity to work extended hours, must be will to think outside of the box and know that the customer is the individual paying your salary.
