What are the most challenging aspects of your job at
AT&T?
The most challenging aspects to my job at AT&T was being able to break down the ordering process to analyze delays in a customer service orders, and to understand the multitude of data bases that work with each other to allow for service orders to be placed. From the OSP Engineering work prints in OPTI-NT that feed the various databases from Aotl to Granite to FACS to the various business office application.
