What's the secret to getting hired at Eglin Federal Credit Union?

I went to Manpower, which is a temporary service agency and they offered me the job at the Credit union. I have also worked with Manpower previously at the main branch of Eglin Federal Credit Union 2 years prior. So that may have helped.
