I am basically the head of the department I have 3 girls that assist me.I started as a service clerk and about three months later got transfered to the cosmetics department. The manager made me the senior beauty advisor about 2 months later. It is a lot of responsibility but it can also be very challenging and fun. We are a great team.Sales are higher then they have been in years and we recieve a lot of compliments on our customer service and creative displays.
